About the project

While upgrading our client’s Oracle RMS to the cloud, AD modernized the integration layer leading to Straight Thru Processing (STP) improvements. These new pathways minimized manual recurring steps and reduced errors during operations. Our client found efficiencies through improved connections between their Retail, eCommerce, Customer & Vendor, Planning, and Financial systems.

The project was led by our CTO advisory team who mapped out the STP opportunities, the architects to drove the standardization of the integration layer and our project teams who implemented the plan.
